Chilling out at the RDS | PR Photographer Dublin

Sculpters, Andrew Clancy and Daniel Doyle are pictured creating a giant ice sculpture of a father and daughter ice skating at the launch of Ireland’s largest ice rink, I-Skate@The RDS running from November 16th to January 13th. Measuring 1,000 square metres, I-Skate will be the largest rink operating in Ireland this year. Because the rink is so large it is expected that, despite a projected attendance of 100,000+, at all times skaters will have plenty of room to enjoy themselves.?.For those looking for a more stationary form of entertainment ice sculptures and ice sculpting demonstrations will be held on the 16th & 17th of November and the 8th & 9th of December. To book tickets, find out about opening times or the facilities available to families and junior skaters or even to book yourself a hockey match just visit www.iskate.ie . Pic Andres Poveda
