Lord Mayor of Dublin Councillor Andrew Montague is pictured at the launch of Dublin’ s Latin American Festival at the Civic Office Amphitheatre, Wood Quay, with Elena Abarca, Maria Andrade and Laticia Johnston. This is Dublin’s second Latin American Festival to hit the capital, bringing a slice of colourful Latin American magic to the city. The Festival runs from 11th–21st August and will conclude with the International Tango Festival taking place from 18th–21st August.
